Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure proper supply of product as per requirement.
∎ To maintain connection with merchants & collectors for product collection.
∎ Maintain optimal level of customer services at all times by ensuring simplicity in service.
∎ Ensure to resolve service problems by root cause analyzing of customers complaints.
∎ Coordinate supply chain process.
∎ Ensure proper delivery of products.
∎ Prepare reports as per requirements.
∎ Contact with customer if required.
∎ Take necessary steps to maintain the supply chain process flawless.

∎ Age at least 22 years
