Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Foreign procurement, Inventory and Procurement, Local Procurement, Logistics, supply chain management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Real Estate, Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates through CS to determine the best offer among potential suppliers.
∎ Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment and send copies to suppliers and to departments originating requests.
∎ Monitor contractor performance, recommending contract modifications when necessary based on their categories, capabilities, and performance.
∎ Maintaining detail record relevant to supply Chainmanagement
∎ Coordination with other departments, such as procurement, engineering, or quality assurance.
∎ Prepare requisition for the fund, after receiving all bills are received from Project and supplier for complying with supplier payment terms and schedule.
∎ Ensure on-time delivery also has been filled correctly and that goods meet specifications.
∎ Review requisition orders to verify accuracy, terminology, specification, whether it is in authorized estimation and following current work status
∎ Visit materials, equipment vendors and interview them to determine product availability and terms of sales.

∎ Age 25 to 34 years
∎ Skills: Judgement, reading comprehensive
