Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage warehouse operations in compliance with company's policies and vision.
∎ Oversee inventory receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations.
∎ Supervise inventory management system at stores.
∎ Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system.
∎ Stock controlling and keep management informed as and when required.
∎ Responsible to ensure that documentation of incoming stocks is properly received materiel inventory record and checked with each order/style items.
∎ To ensure timely delivery and dispatch, accurately against each order.
∎ Improve self and subordinate performance continuously.
∎ Ensure goods inbound & outbound, warehouse management, safety and security within the store and ensure proper deliveries.
∎ Keep costs and other overheads within the budgeted limit.
∎ Prepare daily/weekly stock reports and statistics regularly.
∎ Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.
∎ Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security of the warehouse facility.
∎ ACI Motors is looking for a team member for its distribution team who has hands-on experience in warehouse operations and automobile spare parts inventory.

∎ Major Responsibilities are -
