∎ Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering
∎ Must have knowledge about Residential Building design and Drawing.
∎ Skills Required: AutoCAD (Will get an advantage).
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Building Engineering, Project Engineer, Site Engineering
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Developer, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and Control assigned project activities and implement corrective measures accordingly.
∎ Coordinate architectural, structural, electrical and plumbing drawings with respective departments.
∎ Analyze the bills received from vendors.
∎ Prepare project work schedule, time plan, and other related work.
∎ Schedule control and report the project work progress.
∎ Any emergency work instructed by the supervisor/head of department or higher authority must be given a priority basis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
