Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ MBA from any discipline, preferably in Business/ Engineering/ Supply Chain, from any reputed institute. A diploma in Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage for the candidate.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Tender schedule and float tenders against the indent of the various Departments/Divisions.
∎ Identify and develop reliable sources of supply for commodities and ensure the right goods, the right price, and the right time supply as per the requirement of various Departments/ Divisions.
∎ Participate in procurement negotiation meeting with parties, firms, and vendors/suppliers.
∎ Maintain records of purchase, pricing, and other important data.
∎ Review and analyze vendors/suppliers, supply and price options.
∎ Plan delivery timetable and ensure both stores and suppliers have enough stock to meet the demand.
∎ Oversee the ordering and packaging process, product storage, handling, distribution, and monitor stock levels.
∎ Track products through depots to make sure they arrive at their destination on time.
∎ Work with procurement manager and buyers to source the right products.
∎ Control manufacturing and delivery processes.
∎ Plan and implement logistic strategy and ensure that targets are met.
∎ Oversee product storage, handling, and distribution.
∎ Enlist and review various vendors and service providers.
∎ Prepare proposals for SMC management and obtain approval from the management.
∎ Preparation of contract/agreement with different service providers.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Maximum 35 years. Age may be relaxed for deserving candidates.
∎ Experience in commercial Procurement and Supply Management.
∎ Excellent computer operating skills in MS Office application suite.

Salary: Negotiable
