∎ MBA/ Masters in any subject

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Liaison with government organization for land purchasing and Mutation
∎ To get the permission from different government organization (DoE, FS&CD, CCI &E, BERC, BIWTA, BPC, BIDA etc.)
∎ Liaison with different government organization for any kind of disputes regarding plant & project related issue (If required).
∎ Monthly bill submission & Collection from BPDB for EPVTL.
∎ Monitoring land dispute at Thakurgaon & Natakhola, if any.
∎ Ensuring all payment related to certification of government.
∎ Any other task assigned by the supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Minimum 3 years in the relevant field.
∎ Pro-active, self-motivated, honest
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Good communication skills.
∎ Strong negotiation skill
∎ Strong mentality to travel inside and outside Dhaka.

Salary: Negotiable
