Job Context:
∎ Designation - Sr. Executive - Inventory
∎ Department - Supply Chain Management
∎ Employment Type - Permanent

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regular visit of project to monitor proper documentation, storing system & quality checking of Materials.
∎ Monthly physical stock counting, variance reporting, stock reconciliation and adjustment.
∎ Monitoring fixed asset and capital equipment register, purchase history, maintenance history, service life, and write off period recording and reporting.
∎ Monitoring shuttering materials receive, stock, issue, maintenance and modification record with register maintenance.
∎ Ensure documentation process of inter project transfer (TRF) of materials.
∎ Project closing (finishing materials counting) report about left over stock, purchase vs actual consumption (vs BOQ) and ensure materials shifting to CWH.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3-5 years working in similar position of any reputed Real Estate or Construction Company.
∎ Proficiency in using :
∎ - ERP operation with practical experience.
∎ - Microsoft Office (Specially Excel) is must be needed to operate.
∎ High Reporting Skills
∎ Solid knowledge of Data Analysis
