∎ Masters degree in any discipline, Master of Business Administration (MBA)

∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Commercial
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Garments Accessories

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To open all kind of L/C
∎ Corresponding with suppliers regarding to shipment, PI, LC etc.
∎ Corresponding with bank, shipping agent, related Stake holders for releasing payment, taking delivery of cargo, follow up payments.
∎ Corresponding with C & F in all port regarding Import and Exports issues with Import and Exports documents prepare.
∎ Monitoring delivery from Seaport/ Airport as per factory urgency.
∎ Local bills checking as per L/C and confirm release docs.
∎ Update on recent change in import/ export procedure introduced by central bank and NBR.
∎ Bill preparation after receive MRR from MCD.
∎ Prepare and maintain of different statement.
∎ Prepare different report.
∎ Any other tasks assign by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Having sound knowledge on BEPZA and Customs Bond rules & regulations etc.
∎ Must have sufficient knowledge in import, international business, Custom clearing & forwarding.
∎ Must have good knowledge on LC clause, Inco-term and foreign exchange policy and HS CODE
∎ Should be able to follow-up task pro-actively and effectively.
∎ Should have Good communication skills in English (Written / Verbal)
∎ Should be willing to work for additional hours if it is required to finish the assigned responsibility.
∎ Should have good interpersonal skills and be capable of working both independently and collectively.
∎ Should have keen sense of punctuality along with ethical and professional responsibility.
∎ Computer proficiency over MS Word and MS Excel, Oracle Based System
