Job Context:
∎ The person will be responsible for all HR functions including Recruitment & Selection, Induction and orientation, Training & Development,
∎ Compensation Management, Career Planning, Performance Management.
∎ Grievance Handling, General Administrative matters and should be well conversant with the application of all governing rules and regulations pertaining to Human Resources including prevalent Labor Laws
Job Responsibilities:
∎ A HR professional who has a comprehensive understanding of and expertise in how the HR function makes a line of business within the company successful.
∎ Ensure ID card, Visiting Card, Salary account with Bank &Corporate mobile bill process etc.
∎ The candidate must have strong HR capabilities in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management & Talent Development.
∎ Ensuring the right quality of candidate selection by implementing the approved hiring process.
∎ Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process
∎ Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
∎ Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
∎ Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
∎ Capable of compiling and analyzing employment data to guide strategic planning.
∎ Coordinate with accounts department for timely compliance of all statutory dues liabilities.
∎ Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
∎ Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
∎ Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
∎ Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
∎ Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations.
∎ In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies
∎ Building and maintaining strong relationships with employees and stakeholders to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
∎ Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
∎ Proficient in MS Office
