Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
∎ Graduate in Commerce background.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Store/ inventory
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Plastic/ Polymer Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable to maintain overall inventory process.
∎ Regularly reconcile all kinds of stock items.
∎ Maintain ERP for All Finished goods related module.
∎ All Finished goods physical counting & daily stock maintain.
∎ Strictly maintain all kinds of documents and posting on ERP at due time.
∎ Finished Goods report prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly through ERP.
∎ Discuss with head of production/Distribution and note down in writing for any Production shortages..
∎ Ensure receipt of Quality Assurance certificates for all items before receipt & delivery
∎ Prepare monthly Report on store damages, pilferage, broken containers and forward same to Distribution In-Charge by the 2nd day of every month.
∎ Ensure FIFO system is followed throughout by daily maintaining a FIFO Register
∎ Properly utilize store space & employee.
∎ Be capable to work under pressure.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good command over computer, specially in MS Office/ Internet & Email systems
∎ Must be intelligent, hardworking and dedicated with the fitness to work long hours.
∎ Experience in PVC Pipes & Fittings background is preferable.
Salary: Negotiable
