Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in EEE, CSC or any engineering background from any reputed university.
∎ MTCNA, CCNA (Advantageous)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): ISP, IT Products, IT Support Service, Service/ support
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Computer Hardware/Network Companies, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, IT Enabled Service, Mobile Accessories

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution;
∎ Monitoring the work of individual representatives and of the team;
∎ Planning the training and standardization of service delivery;
∎ Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication;
∎ Managing a team of representatives offering customer support (Online/Offline);
∎ Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff;
∎ Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers;
∎ Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support;
∎ Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues;
∎ Testing and evaluating new technology.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Good written & verbal communication skills in English.
∎ Strong networking experience (Switches, VLANS, Routing etc).
∎ Practical experience of software and hardware OLT, Cisco and Mikrotik Network.
∎ Good understanding of Network environment.
∎ Able to work with team spirit.
∎ Good knowledge on IT Industry.
∎ Must be smart, energetic, self-motivated.
∎ Ability to perform under pressure.
