∎ We are seeking a highly skilled Textile Engineer - Trims and Accessories Specialist to join our Supply Chain Management department. The successful candidate will focus on the sourcing, quality assurance, and integration of trims and accessories into our production processes, ensuring all components meet our rigorous standards for quality, performance, and sustainability.

∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sourcing and Procurement:
∎ Identify and evaluate suppliers for trims and accessories, ensuring a reliable supply of high-quality materials. Negotiate contracts and pricing to optimize cost efficiencies.
∎ Quality Assurance:
∎ Implement and maintain quality control processes for trims and accessories. Conduct regular inspections and testing to ensure all components meet company and industry standards
∎ Product Development Support:
∎ Work closely with the product development team to select appropriate trims and accessories for new product lines. Provide technical expertise on material properties, performance, and suitability for various applications.
∎ Inventory Management:
∎ Monitor inventory levels of trims and accessories to avoid shortages and overstock situations. Ensure proper storage to maintain the integrity of materials.
∎ Sustainability Initiatives:
∎ Promote and implement sustainable sourcing practices for trims and accessories. Collaborate with suppliers to identify and integrate eco-friendly materials and processes.
∎ Technical Documentation:
∎ Maintain detailed records of material specifications, test results, and supplier performance. Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Process Improvement:
∎ Continuously evaluate and enhance supply chain processes related to trims and accessories sourcing and handling. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to improve efficiency and reduce cost
∎ Vendor Management:
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with trims and accessories vendors. Address any issues related to delivery, quality, or performance promptly and effectively.
