Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Regularly monitor stock levels of pharmaceutical products and report any discrepancies or reordering requirements.
∎ Prepare and maintain comprehensive reports on stock status, inventory levels, merchandising conditions, and escalate any issues requiring management attention.
∎ Utilize company software systems to approve purchase requisition orders, ensuring the timely procurement of pharmaceutical products.
∎ Use software tools to manage inventory data, including generating reports, making stock adjustments, and tracking performance metrics.
∎ Analyze product requirements and oversee ongoing product activities to meet business objectives.
∎ Review and validate product requisitions raised by outlets to ensure accuracy and alignment with stock availability.
∎ Check available inventory to identify non-moving and slow-moving stock for appropriate action.
∎ Identify fast-moving products to optimize inventory and improve sales performance.
∎ Manage product categories effectively to align with market demand and organizational strategies.
∎ Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and product categories to the immediate supervisor.
