Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with local suppliers and vendors.
∎ Negotiate terms and conditions, prices, and contracts to secure advantageous agreements.
∎ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand the procurement needs and develop procurement plans.
∎ Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet production and sales requirements.
∎ Continuously analyze market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings.
∎ Process purchase orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery of materials.
∎ Monitor order status, resolve any issues, and communicate updates to relevant teams.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of procurement activities.
∎ Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and finance, to streamline the supply chain process.
