∎ Diploma (Civil) from any reputed institution.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Structural and all technical engineering coordination with Manager - POD.
∎ Ensure quality construction at site.
∎ Responsible to supervise, monitor and ensure quality of construction works including finishing work as per specification, ensure proper record keeping all quality control related documents in relation to project work under the supervision of Manager - POD.
∎ Planning, scheduling and supervising overall construction works of individual projects under the supervision of Manager - POD.
∎ Preparing work plan with periodical reports under the supervision of Manager - POD.
∎ Maintaining proper documentations of project related works.
∎ Solving any construction related problems that arise at the project sites under the supervision of Manager - POD.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have knowledge on Real estate project operation.
∎ Project operation & people management skill
