Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in EEE/ME.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Procurement of spare parts and consumables to support Operation & maintenance of the Power Plant.
∎ Monitoring and cross checking of materials rate from real market source & other companies.
∎ Vendor development for sourcing spares indigenously.
∎ Managing vendor relationships in a positive and professional manner being the principal interface between the Vendor and the Company on O&M procurement matters.
∎ Working with the vendors on negotiations for procurement of Spares and consumables etc.
∎ Preparation of Comparative Statement, Completing purchase approvals for procurement. And issue Purchase Order for procurement.
∎ Reviewing Proforma Invoices sent by foreign vendors and follow up the transmission of LC/TT in timely manner.
∎ Tracking products to make sure they arrive at their destination in time.
∎ Prepare Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, Bi-Annual, and yearly report regarding procurement.
∎ Following-up issues with the Contractors / vendors concerning product delivery, billings, and payments.
∎ Providing regular feedback and recommendations to upper management on issues and opportunities regarding procurement.
∎ Maintaining MIS for costing, budgeting, and procurement to uphold AOP and AMP of plant.
∎ Monitoring stock levels by taking feedback from plant.
∎ Exercising effective communication in both intra and inter department level.
∎ Any other task assigned by the supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s) relevant experience.
∎ Experience in engine based HFO fired power plant is preferred.
∎ Candidate must have experience in foreign and local technical product purchase.
