Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Local Procurement, Supply Chain
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Steel
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Vast Knowledge about electric and electronic item especially for Steel or Ispat Industry.
∎ Sourcing the proper vendor and procuring all electric & electronic items like parts, machine and tools as per factory requirement.
∎ Analysis all electric purchase requisition from user and solve the problem against any repair and service work of electric and electronics.
∎ Preparing CS and Purchase order.
∎ Establishing delivery and installation schedules for machines, switchgear, cables, and fittings.
∎ Capable of fault findings and installation of electrical equipment.
∎ Make a schedule of preventive maintenance to keep minimum downtime due to electrical breakdown.
∎ Ensure preventive maintenance of boilers, generators & all compressors for undistributed supply and also take proper plan about inverter, motor, electrical panel board, and PLC, etc.
∎ Ensure all control panels and DB Boards are properly maintained to reduce the breakdown.
∎ Maintain good communication with the Engineering services (mechanical) for optimizing the maintenance process.
∎ Liaison with Factory maintenance Department for any electrical issues including sub-station as well as other machinery.
∎ Capable of making electrical diagrams and understand all-electric Diagram.
∎ Others Job will be assign by the management.
