∎ B.Sc in EEE / Mechanical Engineering from any Govt. Engineering University

∎ 5 to 9 year(s)

Pharmaceuticals
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct Schedule and breakdown maintenance of process machinery/ equipment.
∎ Ensure smoothly operation of machines/equipment and ensure maximum utilization in production units.
∎ Participate in installation, commissioning & validation of machines/equipment.
∎ Ensure proper inventory of spare parts and consumable items of process machines/equipment.
∎ Maintain engineering history file, engineering drawings and other validation documents.
∎ Prepare and review engineering SOP, DQ, IQ, OQ document, and conduct training for subordinate.
∎ Supervise & guide the junior colleagues.
∎ Design new control systems/process lines to facilitate new process requirement and validate.
∎ Assist in maintenance and project related tasks of other units as required.
∎ Monitor and supervise projects, if any, assigned by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven experience in related field from a Pharmaceutical Industry
∎ Well conversant in MS-Office specially in Auto-CAD
∎ Excellent communication skill both written and speaking in English
∎ Strong interpersonal and professional skill is essential for the position
∎ Willing to stay at factory site
