Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters' degree in any discipline, Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing Accounts Receivable Statements each month, setting revenue collection targets, and obtaining approval from the Management.
∎ Keep regular contact with the customers and remind them before every installment is due.
∎ Follow up with Customers and ensure collection of due installments from them as per their payment schedule.
∎ Issuing reminder letters for payment, notice for cancellation, etc. as and when required.
∎ Communication with customers regularly over the phone, and email.
∎ Project visits with customers as and when required.
∎ Solve backlog and critical issues.
∎ Follow up on customers' queries & update accordingly and coordinate with other departments related to customers' issues.
∎ Select materials with clients' consent.
∎ Preparing optional works, final account & Adhoc committee formation.
∎ Any others tasks as advised by supervisor.
