Job Context:
∎ DZN Labels Ltd. (Dizayn Etiket Bangladesh) a 100% Turkish-owned garments accessories manufacturing company is looking for a young, talented and aspiring candidate who is a team player and multitasker.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and delivering CS strategies across the organization with a view to retaining existing.
∎ Daily basis follows up with the vendors for payment and other documents collection.
∎ Daily basis follows up with the operation to make goods ready as per vendors requirements.
∎ customers, increasing brand loyalty and expanding the company brand.
∎ Making sure the customer database is correctly segmented for targeted marketing activities.
∎ Coming up with creative ideas, preparing proposals, overseeing the production process & execution and reporting the results to the relevant people.
∎ Have the ability to work in pressurized situation.
∎ Able to fulfill or achieve the set target or any challenging task by management.
∎ Frequent outdoor visit to corporate customer is a mandatory task.
∎ Ensure proper communication in email and over phone.
∎ Must be fluent in writing and verbal English.
∎ Should have good interpersonal skill.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

∎ Must have Experience in Garments / Garments Accessories Industries.
∎ Must be proficient in Computer skills in MS office (especially in Excel).
∎ Excellent in Bangla and English - both spoken and written.

∎ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Excellent time management skills and Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Planning, organizing & prioritizing skills.

Salary: Negotiable
