∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Purchase/ Procurement, supply chain management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Automobile, Manufacturing (FMCG)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure effective procurement of foreign/ partial local machinery and spare parts.
∎ Ensure continuous & timely follow up of material requirements.
∎ Maintain records of goods ordered & received.
∎ Prepare necessary documents for purchasing.
∎ Implement procurement plan through effective procedures.
∎ Coordinate with other departments for justified material requisitions.
∎ Shipment/ delivery & documentation follow up with supplier and freight forwarder to ensure availability of material on time.
∎ Sourcing different competitive vendors.
∎ Negotiate prices & terms with suppliers/ vendors.
∎ Carry out contract/ agreement negotiation.
∎ Maintain vendors' assessment.
∎ Central database for existing, new & potential vendor.
∎ Any job assigned by supervisor for the sake of the company.
