∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ 2 to 3 years experiences on Supply Chain Management are mandatory. Knowledge on Tax & VAT will be given additional preference.
∎ Excellent on verbal and written communication skill. Able to communicate with foreigners.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Analytical thinking skills.
∎ Ability to work in a team.
∎ Positive attitude is mandatory

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Sourcing new products / new manufacturing company.
∎ Colleting product's price from different manufacturers.
∎ To preserve the PI and provide purchase order to the manufacturers.
∎ To make necessary strategy regarding price before sending the PO.
∎ To prepare quotation, Follow- up is required to get the order.
∎ Arrange the shipment and monitoring the Forwarder and C&F for forwarding and clearing the shipment as well as receive the shipment on due time.
∎ Ensure Bank LC/TT related activities by preparing proper documents. Follow up the customers is needed to open direct LC as well as cooperate on this issue.
∎ Receiving the products, storing and monitoring as well as delivery the products to the customers as well as update the status.
∎ Monitoring and lead the whole activities of supply chain department and need to take initiative for cost minimization in all cases.
∎ Need to involve on Tax & VAT related activities, preserve the related documents and submit to concern regulatory department as per requirement.
