Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Graduation/ Post Graduation in any discipline from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Call Centre Supervision/ Management, Call centre training
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Call Center, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide information about products and services to the customers.
∎ Answer calls and handle customers inquiries by telephone.
∎ Manage and resolve customer queries.
∎ Update new customer information into the database system.
∎ Identify and escalate priority issues.
∎ Follow up customer calls where necessary.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication skills in both Bengali and English (Speaking & Listening).
∎ Good problem analysis skills and solving skills.
∎ Adaptability and good team work.
∎ Good Knowledge of customer service and call center technology
∎ Good computer skills for data entry.

Salary: Negotiable
