Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Billing, EGP, Estimation, Project Management, Project Planning, Tendering
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Developer, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Arrange the BOQ, estimation, labor costs, material costs, equipment costs, ratio of overhead and other related costs.
∎ Create contractor bill, verify bills, certify bills and check the physical bills visiting the sites.
∎ Prepare and maintain Bill of Quantities (BOQs) for all residential and commercial projects of a real estate company as per latest building codes and regulations.
∎ Assist in preparing detailed project cost by analyzing plans, working drawings, specifications and other documents.
∎ Prepare rate analysis, analysis of variance claims by contractor and closing the same.
∎ Prepare & process subcontractor bills
∎ Analyze vendor technical and commercial offers in view of project specifications & standards and prepare vendors' cost comparative study report
∎ Revise the estimates after modification, optional works or change(s) made by the management/client requirement
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Experience of project estimation and tender submission through e-GP and other process
∎ Sound Judgment and Excellent IT skill
∎ High attention to details, ability to analyze information
∎ Superior written and verbal communication
∎ Ability to work independently as well as in a Team
∎ Strong leadership skill, capability to work under pressure
∎ Integrity, Energy, creativity
