Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma or BSC in Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Reporting to: Sr. Manager, Operations.
∎ Duties: 5 days in a week.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Trouble shooting & maintenance of electrical operations.
∎ Responsible for electrical hazard & it's up gradation.
∎ Responsible for AC maintenance.
∎ Keeping all kinds of documentation of maintenance work.
∎ Responsible for maintenance of mechanical items.
∎ Reporting requirements for major repairs to management.
∎ Fitting, testing, repairing and replacing light bulbs, windows, doors and handrails.
∎ Performing basic plumbing maintenance and repairs on taps, basins and toilets.
∎ Performing basic carpentry including hanging and replacing doors and operating power tools.
∎ Performing minor welds to fabricate or repair fixtures.
∎ Checking safety equipment such as fire hoses, fire extinguishers, smoke detectors and alarms.
∎ Cleaning and tidying gutters and common areas of rubbish and debris.
∎ Applying and repairing paint and plaster.
∎ Changing locks on doors and windows.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the superior authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Retail Store, Corporate Office.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships with team.
∎ Must have effective communication and interpersonal skills
∎ He must have skills in plumbing, flooring, painting, electrical, carpentry, welding, masonry, machinery, mechanics, heating, ventilation, air conditioning etc.
∎ Must have sound MS office knowledge.
