Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in Environmental Science or Civil Engineering.
∎ A degree or certification in occupational health safety will be added advantage.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure that workers use necessary personal protective equipment as required.
∎ Conduct EHS/OHS training for employees and workers (including induction, TBM, and technical training).
∎ Investigate near-miss, minor, and major accidents and identify their root causes. Ensure implementation of corrective actions as suggested.
∎ Develop emergency procedures and plans in coordination with site managers.
∎ Promote safety initiatives and awareness among workers.
∎ Conduct audits, identify noncompliance issues, and ensure corrective actions are taken.
∎ Perform any other task assigned by SHL management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have excellent communication skills& must be good at documentation (report writing).
