∎ Graduation/Masters in any Discipline from any reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure proper documentation of bulk & pack sell
∎ Send daily total delivery to head office
∎ Entry receives goods in daily stock ledger
∎ Ensure availability of supply of products on daily basis
∎ Ensure timely dispatch of product as per challan / invoice to Dealer and Institutions at different part of the country
∎ Ensure smooth distribution according to route plan and control Non- conforming products in dealers point / Institutions
∎ Send road tankers out and in report
∎ Ensure effective supply of Order Book, Daily call Report Book and some other necessary documents as per the requirement of sales people
∎ Maintain Commercial goods receiving challan, Commercial goods distribution challan, Sample receiving challan, Sample distribution challan, Invoice, Non-Conforming product etc.
∎ Coordinate with local NBR office for tax issues
∎ Coordinate with accounts & finance dept.
∎ Check the store condition physically in every week
∎ Maintain Physical stock as per daily stock statement
∎ Collect everyday sales forecast from field force and accumulate the order, finally inform to HO
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Minimum 3years experience in LPG
∎ Excellent computer knowledge (MS Office), Highly motivated with excellent interpersonal, multitasking, organizational & Communication skills
∎ Smart, Presentable & Leadership skills
∎ Fluency in both spoken & written English is required.
