Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Fire Fighting and Safety, HVAC System
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sound knowledge about standard Local & International code /rules.
∎ Ability to work in team with Engineer/Sales and other co-workers.
∎ Should have practical knowledge on designing & drawing of fire detection system (FDS) as per BNBC (Part-4), NFPA guideline (as per NFPA-10, 13, 14, 20, 25, 72) Rules.
∎ Preparing all types of Design reports as per consultant or clients required.
∎ Sound knowledge Hydraulic Calculation (manually or automatically).
∎ New product design / drafting both in 2D and 3D.
∎ Should have capability to prepare the bill of quantity (BOQ) on the basis of prepared fire safety drawing.
∎ Understanding design from technical perspective.
∎ Ability to perform in any stage of Architectural work.
∎ Conceptual Drawing.
∎ Landscaping & Architectural detail drawing-design by using standard software.
∎ Must have expertise in REVIT, AutoCAD, 3D Max, Sketchup.
∎ Any other task as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ Minimum 3-4 years Experience in Fire Detection, Protection & Suppression System Drawing.
∎ MS office and Photoshop knowledge is must .
∎ Should have capability to prepare the bill of quantity (BOQ) on the basis of prepared price proposal for tender.
∎ The candidates who have practical experience of fire hydrant/protection system are requested to apply.
