Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement Demand & Supply Planning strategy from customer level up to depot and company level to maximize business opportunities with customer satisfaction.
∎ Achieve DIO for Paints business in terms of RM, PM, FG, and COGS level by embracing all collaborative efforts at the supply side’s end as well as demand side’s end.
∎ Develop and Implement FG damage and claim policy by embracing AkzoNobel Guidelines and existing ACI business practices.
∎ Capture, prioritize, analyze and input Generating Demand events; customer, consumer & competitor information; other external / internal trends and influences, which impact demand plan.
∎ Implement Demand Planning, Production Planning (ROFO) and RM Tracking on a monthly basis having four-month sourcing/order placement to suffice business objective.
∎ Inventory Management: Balance the need for product availability versus the need to minimize costs of inventory to ensure optimum stocks at the right location.
∎ Manage and coordinate all Product Change Projects (new products, product modifications, promotional lines, sourcing changes, de-lists, etc), for their allocated business category(s).
∎ Ensure all planning activities along the process are meet target timeline and support product launch.
∎ Collaborated with internal teams to improve outputs to meet demand and product requirements, ensuring inventory integrity targets for finished goods.
∎ Supervise all depot operation to ensure depot activities are synchronized with sales demand.
