Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and executes day-to-day activities to ensure required logistics support is delivered to customers
∎ Provide smooth and efficient flow of work within a team
∎ Identify operation-related issues to maximize efficiency in terms of time, cost and resources
∎ Prepare day-to-day to-do lists for the team and executing work efficiently and effectively
∎ Track and trace all in-transit shipments up to final delivery
∎ Report daily activities of department and highlighting issues that are considerably management’s concern
∎ Liaise with national/international service provider and partners
∎ Strategically plan and manage logistics and transportation
∎ Address problems and have the responsible department solve technical difficulties
∎ Handle the planning routes and load scheduling for multi-drop deliveries
∎ Handle booking in deliveries and liaising with customers
∎ Complete all the tasks assigned by the manager / management on time
∎ Prepare accurate reports for upper management
∎ Be responsible for ensuring all partners in the supply chain are working effectively and efficiently to ensure smooth operations
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2-3 years experience in the relevant industry preferred (Fulfillment, E-Commerce Logistics, Delivery Services)
∎ Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in the relevant field
∎ Good in Microsoft office
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Good communication skills
∎ Leadership skills
