Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain inbound and outbound processes as operation standards
∎ Collect cash, accounting, reconciliation and deposit as per operational standards
∎ Be accountable for all recoveries
∎ Be accountable for overall Hub Operations as per operational standards
∎ Comply with 100% ZTP (Zero Tolerance Policy)
∎ Budget and Account Cash and Petty Cash expenses as appropriate
∎ Maintain SOP Adherence at all times and compliance with Service Level Agreement
∎ Coordinate with respective departments and adhere to commercial and statutory compliance
∎ Ensure Achievement of Key Performance Indicator for the Hub and set goals for the team accordingly
∎ Be accountable for stock audit, reconciliation and accuracy at any point in time
∎ Be responsible for the day to day hub operation
∎ Be responsible for all last-mile delivery
∎ Ensure customers are delighted at all times
∎ Ensure employee engagement initiatives are implemented
∎ Prepare duly report/review with the Hub team as required
∎ Ensure profitable operations
∎ Conduct team meetings, motivate team and control attrition
∎ Fill gaps in employee headcount within a turnaround time
∎ Ensure hub team members are trained well
∎ Follow up and coordinate with departments based on open house discussions/findings and take the necessary action as appropriate
∎ Coordinate and execute with local vendors
∎ Monitoring delivery associates, tracking delivered/undelivered shipments on a real-time basis, and taking proactive action for delivery and handling delivery activities
∎ Achieve capacity utilization as per target
∎ Handle customer complaints
∎ Job Location: Mirpur and Maniknagar (Jatrabari),Dhaka
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience Requirements: At least 2-3 years experience in the relevant industry preferred (Operations, Fulfillment, Delivery Services)
∎ Additional Requirements:
∎ Operational knowledge of Logistics/Deliveries
∎ Ability to identify problems related to the hub, taking appropriate action for resolution
∎ Having the ability to communicate in the most effective manner with juniors, peers, seniors, customers
∎ Having basic computing skills and knowledge, especially in Microsoft Office, Google Suite
∎ Being able to coordinate with vendors and 3rd Party partners
∎ Having leadership skills
∎ Being able to work under pressure
∎ Local candidates will be preferred
