Job Responsibilities:
∎ Respond to customers' calls/queries on time and efficiently.
∎ Make replies to customer questions, comments and posts over phone call, emails, social media channels and web site of the company.
∎ Provide an excellent customer service and give precise information to the customers ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Manage day-to-day activity of all customer-oriented tasks.
∎ Manage a large number of incoming/outgoing calls and generate sales leads.
∎ Keep record of customer data, queries and interactions in the prescribed manner.
∎ Coordinate with the marketing team members and communicate the customer queries to them properly.
∎ Follow the customer communication procedures, guidelines and policies of the company
∎ Keep updated of the company products.
∎ Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers.
∎ Provide support as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:

∎ Good communication (verbal & written) skill both in Bangla and English.
∎ Sound knowledge of computer operations / MS office.
