Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Providing highest quality of service to the customers through over phone, email & social networking platform.
∎ Take inquiries and questions and providing information to the customers/ prospects.
∎ Answer calls professionally & respond to customer inquiries in timely manner.
∎ Regular communication with Customers and Due follow up accordingly time-to-time.
∎ Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
∎ Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
∎ Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
∎ Any other relevant tasks given by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 2 - 3 years on real estate sector.
∎ Must have knowledge of high rise building construction works.

Salary: Negotiable

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ As per company policy.
∎ 2 (two) Festival bonus equivalent to Gross Salary.
