Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise and maintain group of construction workers.
∎ Coordinate between construction site and Head office for smooth decision making process.
∎ Project planning, Organizing, Supervising, Scheduling and Coordinating.
∎ Quality control, Site safety, defines the problem & identifies the target to improvement.
∎ To provide timely feedback and maintain liaison with top management.
∎ Checking materials and work in progress with the specified requirements
∎ Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor and providing RAW materials requisition to supply chain through proper channel
∎ Bill checking, estimation & wastage control.
∎ Project drawing & design understanding and progress the construction as per drawing & design.
∎ Work progress follow-up as per Work Schedule.
∎ Site report preparation and submitting to Head office.
∎ Job Nature: Supervise the Civil Works

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience in 4 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicant should have experience as a Supervise the Civil Works
∎ Must have good knowledge & understanding in Architectural, Structural & MEP Design, Drawing and BOQ
∎ Willingness and ability to travel across the country
∎ Should be ethics, hardworking, energetic and sacrificing mentality.
∎ Brief Knowledge on all types of finishing works.
∎ Must have basic computer knowledge (Specially Auto Cad-2D/3D, MS Excel, MS Word)
∎ Any other duties assigned by the Management.

Salary: Negotiable
