∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch) Reputed Private & Public University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Architectural designing & working with drawing preparation.
∎ Sound Knowledge in Medical College & Hospital Related design & drawing.
∎ Prepare Detailed & Working drawings and specifications of a residential building, factory building, Depots, Landscapes, etc., and make any necessary corrections.
∎ Willing to work in interior & Exterior designing.
∎ Must have knowledge in exclusive residential building design, RAJUK Sheet preparation, Rules of RAJUK, BNBC & other Gov't organizations.
∎ Compile project specifications & ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations
∎ Carry out regular site visits to check on progress and ensure that the project is running on time according to design/layout and to budget.
∎ Controlling projects from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design.
∎ Perform any other job assigned by the management.

∎ Skills Required: 2D (Auto Cad), 3D Animation, 3D Studio MAX with V-Ray Render, Sketch Up, VRAY/ Illustrator, Photoshop, Lumion, BOQ.
∎ Willingness and ability to travel across the country
∎ Should be ethics, hardworking, energetic and sacrificing mentality.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the Management.
