Job Context:
∎ We are looking for young and energetic civil engineers who are experienced / willing to work in Project Control Team (Planning, Scheduling, and monitoring).
∎ For this position, the applicant should have the mentality to go to the project sites whenever required by the Management.
∎ We have Mega Projects (Railway Projects, Elevated Expressway Projects, Ruppur Nuclear Power Plant, Road Projects, etc) running in different locations of the country.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate with the project team for collection and analysis of various data related to project progress.
∎ Coordination and follow-up with project Inventory department for material receiving, consumption, and stock-related data from Project control perspective. Review and preparation of reports based on the same.
∎ Review of project equipment productivity and preparation of equipment utilization report for various projects on monthly basis.
∎ Preparation of Bulk Material Reconciliation report for major materials for different projects.
∎ Coordination and follow-up with project Accounts department for monthly financial data, review of the data, and preparation of reports (cash flow, expense analysis, etc.) for Project Review report.
∎ Preparation Monthly Project Review presentation in coordination with the project team.
∎ Organizing and co-ordinating review and follow-up meetings with various projects and departments; Compiling, circulating and doing follow up for meeting agendas with key project persons.
∎ Visiting project sites for coordination, data accumulation, and preparation analysis on the basis of the same.

Salary: Tk. 28000 - 48000 (Monthly)
