Job Context:
∎ We (One of the Largest Construction & Engineering Firms) are looking for a HES professional for the Construction of Steel Silo for Wheat at Khulna Project. This is a World Bank Funded Food Silo Project.
∎ This is for mainly reporting and those who are experienced in world bank projects reporting will get preference.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Ensure on-site safety training for all employees & subcontractors' workforce in the project site. And Facilitate toolbox meetings every day before the working shift started.
∎ 2. To maintain and good relationship with the Client's & Occupational Health Safety Team.
∎ 3. Review and enforce policies that create a safe workplace environment for employees and clients.
∎ 4. Ensure Health and safety policy, inspection and audit results, project hazard assessment, location of first aid, etc. are maintained and current.
∎ 5. Prepare and review Monthly HES Reports, Collect Daily observation reports from the site.
∎ 6. Support internal/external audit program in the project site.
∎ 7. Review safety reports from safety officers, analyzing which changes will be the most beneficial and how improvements can be made.
∎ 8. Make recommendations to management, executives, and individual employees for ways to improve safety and efficiency.
∎ 9. Collaborate with other managers, P.M | C.M to ensure the best procedures are adhered to at all times and all employees are following safety policies properly.
∎ 10. Oversee all operations, watching for practices and processes that violate safety policies or create a dangerous situation, taking measures necessary to create a safe working environment.
∎ 11. Liaise with Govt. Hospitals and Medical Professionals and project emergency team & arrangement.
∎ 12. To follow up organization policy and procedures.
∎ 13. To keep up organization reputation effectively and professionally.

∎ Age 32 to 45 years
