Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop, prepare & ensure submission of local/ Government/ International tenders by Government/ Private clients for specialized Infrastructure projects funded by Local/GOB/ International agencies.
∎ Facilitate & find new opportunities in new Business sectors/Projects for the company's future business growth & development.
∎ Develop & Maintain new/good relation or liaison with all the Stakeholders/ Partners/ Clients/ Ministries/ Government official's/ Law enforcement officials/ Banks/ Vendors/ Project site office.
∎ Solve & settle the internal issues with stake holders/partners/government officials/Banks including collect/deposit payments
∎ Finding eligible International/Local partners & fix meeting with the prospects, i.e., Clients, Employers, Suppliers, Partners, Vendors, Potential associates for future business development.
∎ Prepare meeting minutes of every meeting and report/suggest/discuss the outcomes to the Director/Country Manager
∎ Try to get new projects from the government/private agencies and maintain a good relationship for future business development.
∎ Visit Government/JV partner's/others construction and real estate company offices, project sites on a regular basis and prepare meeting minutes.
∎ Prepare various types of Agreements, i.e. Joint Venture/Internal agreements, Office/House rental, Car/equipment rental.
∎ Keep documentation of all the files. i.e., contract agreements & official letter in both physical and pdf format
∎ Check the newspaper every day and select articles which seem valuable and helpful for the company's business development and project follow-up.
∎ Monitor the office inventory on a regular basis and approve the monthly inventory report.
∎ Administrate all the office affairs-related works / Maintain all relevant works and cross-departmental connection.
