∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Civil Engineering
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Result Oriented Mindset for Assigned Responsibilities.
∎ Experienced in Construction, Operation & Maintenance activities.
∎ Ensure Quality Works as per Drawings & Specifications with Site Safety.
∎ Preparing Structural calculations for civil structures.
∎ Capable to Estimate Both the RCC & Steel Works with Related budget.
∎ Co-ordinate between JV Partner, Consultants, Contractors & Project Concerned.
∎ Monitor Project Progress as per Schedule & Report to the Management.
∎ Knowledge on technical Design & Documentation Works.
∎ Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect.
∎ Prepare report according to maintenance work based on the inspection report.
∎ Maintain meeting and different appointment schedule, prepare meeting minutes and do necessary follow up.
∎ Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
∎ Follow-up with the project related and maintenance works.
∎ Maintain all relevant files and documents.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Well conversed in English and must be well groomed with pleasant personality
∎ Must have Computer Literacy - MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet and Web Browsing
∎ Able to handle work pressure and work long hours if necessary.
