Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and manage bills of quantities, invoices, and project budgets.
∎ Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
∎ Collaborate with project teams to review and analyze cost estimates.
∎ Conduct regular cost control assessments and provide recommendations for cost optimization.
∎ Maintain accurate financial records and prepare timely reports for management.
∎ Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure accurate billing and payment processing.
∎ Assist in the evaluation of contract bids and negotiation of pricing terms.
∎ Support project managers in tracking project progress and financial milestones.
∎ Stay updated with industry trends and regulations related to billing and budgeting.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Proficiency in using Ms. Project, AutoCAD, and ERP systems.
∎ Strong analytical and numerical skills.
∎ Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
∎ Effective communication and teamwork skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
