Job Responsibilities:
∎ Denting & Painting Section: Supervise and assign all jobs within the denting and painting section, ensuring smooth workflow and timely completion of projects.
∎ Paint Materials Standardization: Follow and implement standardized paint materials and processes according to the specific requirements of each job, maintaining consistency and quality in the finished work.
∎ Reduce Workshop Consumables: Develop and implement strategies to minimize workshop consumables, optimize usage, and reduce wastage to improve cost-efficiency and environmental sustainability.
∎ Introduce New Service: Identify opportunities to enhance our service offerings and oversee the successful introduction of new services, aligning them with customer demands and market trends.
∎ Workshop Automation: Drive the automation of various workshop processes, leveraging technological advancements to streamline operations, reduce manual effort, and improve overall productivity.
∎ Quality Control for Major Repair Vehicles: Implement rigorous quality control measures for major repair vehicles, conducting thorough inspections and ensuring that all repairs meet the highest standards before customer delivery.
∎ Workshop Kaizen Training & Implementation: Conduct training sessions on Kaizen principles and methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the workshop, and actively implementing improvement initiatives.
∎ WPB Jobs Management: Ensure that the Workshop Planning Board (WPB) is regularly updated and effectively managed, optimizing job scheduling and resource allocation for maximum efficiency.
∎ Schedule Time Customer Vehicle Delivery: Coordinate and schedule the timely delivery of customer vehicles, ensuring smooth and satisfactory customer experiences.
∎ Mixed Brand & Hybrid Training for AFS Team: Provide comprehensive training on mixed brand and hybrid vehicles to the AFS team, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to handle a diverse range of vehicles.
∎ Quality Control Implementation at Body Shop & Paint Department: Implement and monitor quality control protocols at the body shop and paint department, maintaining high standards of workmanship and adherence to industry best practices.
∎ Quality Control Implementation at Wash & Service Department: Enforce quality control measures at the wash and service department, ensuring consistent service excellence, and customer satisfaction.
∎ Quality Control Implementation at Mechanical & Electrical Technical Department: Oversee the implementation of quality control measures at the mechanical and electrical technical department, ensuring compliance with technical standards and industry regulations.
∎ Coordinator for Peugeot & Jeep Overseas Training: Coordinate and facilitate overseas training programs for the Peugeot and Jeep workshops, ensuring the acquisition of technical competencies and knowledge sharing.
∎ Content Creation: Write engaging and informative blogs and create life videos focusing on vehicle repair and maintenance, providing valuable insights to customers and establishing our expertise in the field.
∎ Follow-up on Workshop Technical Operational Work: Monitor and follow up on the technical operational work within the workshop, ensuring tasks are executed efficiently and meeting required deadlines.
∎ Introduce Modern Tools & Machines: Research and recommend the implementation of modern tools and machines, enhancing the workshop's capabilities, and keeping pace with industry advancements.
∎ Technical Scorecard Management: Utilize the technical scorecard PCDOV exPSA brand to assess and monitor workshop performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary corrective measures.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience in workshop management, with a specialization in denting and painting.
∎ Strong knowledge of paint materials, standardization procedures, and application techniques.
∎ Demonstrated ability to optimize workshop efficiency, reduce consumables, and implement automation technologies.
∎ Proficiency in quality control methodologies and practices, ensuring high-quality work output.
∎ Excellent leadership
