∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PGDSCM

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sourcing suppliers and maintaining long-lasting relationships with them as well as existing suppliers.
∎ Obtaining quotes from different suppliers and prepare comparative statement.
∎ Timely creating PO, billing etc. in the ERP system.
∎ Manage full sourcing process for complex projects– inclusive of supply market analysis, leverage spend, establishing business requirements, driving requirements, negotiating SOWs, contract terms, executing and monitoring contracts, conducting and monitoring supplier business reviews.
∎ Maintain accountability, delivering against timelines, building relationships and becoming a trusted advisor with business stakeholders, executive management and suppliers.
∎ Negotiating price, quantity, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
∎ Assessing quotes and compiling a detailed assessment of cost breakdowns.
∎ Generating quote comparisons and contributing to internal supplier selection based on the quotes.
∎ Lead negotiations for assigned projects and categories.
∎ Perform total cost of ownership evaluations, perform supply-market research and conduct pricing audits, and impact analysis for the pursuit of continuous cost improvements.
∎ Work collaboratively with suppliers and stakeholders to identify and execute continuous cost improvement programs and resolve complex strategic supplier performance issues to ensure business satisfaction.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Develop detailed sourcing and category plans to maximize effectiveness and efficiency.
∎ Work with internal business units to improve three key areas of consideration: quality, service and cost.
∎ Need to visit and travels frequently for developing source, improving coordination among suppliers and user ends.
∎ Interpersonal skills to develop and manage relationships with internal customers and supplier.
∎ Ability to work with and influence key business unit leaders.
∎ Negotiate effectively with strong written and oral presentation skills.
∎ Strong supply chain or sourcing experience.
∎ Ability to think strategically with excellent quantitative skills.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to work independently.
∎ Procurement systems aptitude and experience.
∎ Deep category expertise.
∎ Systems knowledge including ERP, Strong MS Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
