Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom), Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
C&F Agent Handling, Commercial related experience, Construction Material Handling Equipment, Export/ Import through L/C, Import Commercial
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate and prepare terms & conditions with the overseas suppliers to place the order.
∎ Collect Proforma Invoice and finalize LC/ FTT in coordination with supplier.
∎ Complete all activities related to LC to ensure on time delivery and entry LC cost in ERP's LC Module.
∎ Communicate and negotiate with Freight Forwarders for service and price.
∎ Coordinate with the supplier for receiving the original documents for the shipment and also get update from concern Bank.
∎ Communicate with C&F agent and follow up with them till the arrival of the goods and process C&F Bill.
∎ Maintain close contact with Warehouse, Shipping Lines & Transport Company for smooth inbound/ outbound operation.
∎ Arrange Insurance Policy and Original/Copy Documents (Bank endorsed).
∎ Coordination with Bank for LC payment within maturity period.
∎ Negotiate and follow up with the supplier and insurance company for missing/ lost/ damaged/ rejected items.
∎ Should have clear knowledge on product definition as per HS code, import policy, Government Statutory Regulatory Order (SRO) and other rules and regulations of local & international import-export basics.
∎ Maintain liaison with different Banks, Financial Institutions, Office of the Chief Controller of Imports & Exports (CCI&E), Export Promotion Bureau (EPB), Board of Investment (BOI), National Board of Revenue (NBR) and other Regulatory authorities.
∎ Accepts extra duties as situations arise
∎ Any commercial related task given by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good Oral and written communication skill in English is must
∎ Correspond with International suppliers
