∎ B.Sc in Engineering preferably in ME, IPE or EEE - from public university or well reputed and top ranking Private University (additionally: professional certification on SCM from reputed institution).

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Procurement and supply of Electromechanical Item (Fire protection and detection system, Ventilation system, Common area AC, Project Indoor and Landscape lighting, Solar system, Swimming pool equipment, water pumps, cable laying materials, Water treatment and Hot water system etc.)
∎ Material demand forecast, procurement plan and set timeline for action.
∎ Analyze market, Source material, develop supply strategy, proceed procurement activity and ensure OTIF delivery of material.
∎ Take initiatives to develop alternative product or supplier at lowest cost meeting all necessary quality parameters.
∎ Identification and take initiatives for cost-saving and cost-reduction activity to optimize cost and value equation.
∎ Process invoice of supplier and ensure payment on time.
∎ Vendor development, vendor enlistment and Supplier's performance management, establish strategic relationships for enhanced capability & motivation.
∎ Data recording, data analysis and report as per KPI and need.
∎ Perform & complete ad-hoc assigned work as and when required.
