∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Training/Trade Course: Secretary,Confidentiality
∎ Skills Required: Commercial, Email Communications, Foreign Correspondence, Very good in English writing and speaking

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Company Secretary, Email Communications, flight booking, Maintaining MDs various schedule, Visa Processing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Multinational Companies

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an experienced, mature person for a secretariat role, who will report directly to top management.
∎ Must be highly experienced in the MD`s Secretariat role.
∎ Must have an idea of commercial and foreign procurement.
∎ Must ensure confidentiality, give time to the office, and live near the office premises.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain executive's agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
∎ Attend meetings and keep minutes.
∎ Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate.
∎ Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
∎ Make travel arrangements for executives.
∎ Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
∎ Prepare invoices or financial statements and provide assistance in bookkeeping.
∎ Scheduling the MD's task.
∎ Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence.
∎ Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments.
∎ Typing, preparing and collating reports.
∎ Another job as and when assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 45 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong e-mail communication.
∎ Positive, Self-motivated, Honest, Dedicated, detail-oriented & possessing a good memory.
∎ Ability to manage and execute assignments with competing priorities.
∎ Expert knowledge in MS Excel, Word, Pivot Table, and any accounting ERP software.
∎ Creative problem-solving skills.
∎ A team leader with a high level of dedication.
∎ Ability to interact successfully with both internal and external customers at all levels.
∎ Capable to handle multiple tasks & able to work under pressure.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 45000 - 55000 (Monthly)
∎ We offer a good package.
