∎ All civil works, bills confirmed after physical checking
∎ Physically market survey
∎ Total arrangement to serve the purpose
∎ Finished goods stock checking physically
∎ Raw materials stock checking physically
∎ Finished goods reconcile after production at the end of the year (Production Vs finished goods Vs central warehouse Vs distribution).
∎ Factory petty cash checking
∎ All depot expense bill checking
∎ All employees expense bill checking
∎ Central warehouse expense bill checking
∎ Promotion material carrying cost checking
∎ Telephone & mobile bill checking
∎ Head office petty cash checking
∎ All tour bill checking
∎ Employee provident fund checking
∎ Parties income tax checking
∎ Resign employee's settlement checking
∎ Meeting expense checking
∎ DV voucher checking
∎ Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the superior time to time.

∎ External Audit Firms, Internal Control Systems, ERP and Process Mapping (SOP development)
