∎ Age 25 to 40 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ · Conduct survey, analyze and compare new site rent.
∎ · Site hunting for Shwapno outlet, as per business plan as and when required.
∎ · Look for best suited site for Shwapno outlet as per company requirement.
∎ · Minimize site rent through effective negotiation with the landlord.
∎ · Ensure the feasibility of outlets profitability before selection of outlets by involving marketing, sales unit and Operations.
∎ · Ensure proper documentation & necessary approval from the respective authority as per site selection SOP.
∎ · Responsible for coordinating all assigned activities with respective interfaces and report accordingly to the Management.
∎ · Coordinate with legal and land owner for any sorts of site issues and contract singing agreement.
∎ · Ensure the utility connection (Electricity, Water, Etc.) for the Shwapno outlet as per requirement.
