Job Responsibilities:
∎ Propose and implement improvement to existing procedures and processes.
∎ Support day to day running of the team and coordinating team resources when required.
∎ Formulate various action-plans for projects and communicate with team members and stakeholders
∎ Conduct surveys and field studies, compile data and develop various reports
∎ Prepare effective planning and monitoring system for overall project works and progress
∎ Provide project progress status, delays and issues to authority in timely manner
∎ Lead the whole operation of project implementation, supervision and execution
∎ Manage project team to execute projects operation project effectively and efficiently
∎ Identify project risks and recommend appropriate resolutions with execution plan
∎ Gathers relevant statistical data and drafts reports on regular basis
∎ Prepare and update project schedule based on the contract
∎ Set work program and target milestones for each phase based on the project plan
∎ Monitor critical activities based on the project schedule and advise project management
∎ Participate in project meetings and discussions with the Client as required.
∎ Provide support and guidance to project team as and when needed
