∎ Age at most 32 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintaining electrical equipment and infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
∎ Installing new electrical equipment and systems as required by project demands.
∎ Conducting preventive maintenance procedures to minimize equipment breakdown.
∎ Investigating electrical malfunctions and applying corrective action.
∎ Planning and carrying out scheduled maintenance of AC.
∎ Testing the safety and reliability of electrical systems and components.
∎ Responsible for maintenance of mechanical items.
∎ Performing basic plumbing and carpentry maintenance and repairs.
∎ Performing minor welds to fabricate or repair fixtures.
∎ Checking safety equipment such as fire hoses, fire extinguishers, smoke detectors and fire alarms etc.
∎ Documenting maintenance processes and preparing necessary reports.
∎ Supervising contractors, and technical staffs.
∎ Managing stocks of supplies and equipment.
