Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering
∎ Applicants having MSc in Engineering will be given preference.
∎ Skills Required: Analytical Skill, AutoCAD, Contract Management, Cost Analysis, Microsoft Excel, Planning and monitoring, Project Management/ Co-ordinator
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop project schedules as per client demand, such as daily, weekly & monthly, quarterly & yearly schedule also updated project schedules.
∎ Set the work program and target milestones for each phase based on the project plan.
∎ Monitor critical activities based on the project schedule and advise project management.
∎ Monitor day to day work progress and prepare the weekly and monthly program and report.
∎ Prepare daily manpower & equipment requirement plans, and progress curves/histograms for the project [area & discipline wise].
∎ Provide weekly & monthly targets to the project team and monitors the accomplishments.
∎ Monitor and recommend corrective actions in order to avoid any slippage in the schedule.
∎ Develop look ahead programs and identify resource requirements of manpower and equipment and materials.
∎ Coordinate with the Project Manager and other managers for construction schedule, resource requirements, procurement and subcontracting issues.
∎ Preparation, review and evaluation of project schedules during all phases, Critical path review & evaluation, resource/cost allocation, reporting progress (work/cost), mitigation plans and cases assessments based on Actual vs. Planned Activities etc.
∎ Prepare and justify delay analysis report in order to avoid any LD’s for the project
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 33 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge of project contract must
∎ Very good in MS Excel & MS Project***
∎ Should be able to breakdown project risks
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) both in English
∎ Strong aptitude for numbers, spreadsheets, and financial reports
∎ An ability to learn sophisticated design and costing
∎ Should be able to write clear and precise reports
∎ Detailed knowledge of past and current building and construction technology, processes, materials, business and legal matters.
∎ In-depth understanding of construction, materials, pricing and industry
∎ Data analysis and reporting skills
∎ Must be smart, dedicated and well organized
∎ Brilliant leadership aptitude
∎ Able to work extended hours on occasions when required
